How Wizzie’s support works
Wizzie‘s support system is based on a 24×7 web platform, so you can create your support tickets whenever you need to, every day of the week at any time.
You can write an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. The response time depends on the products covered by the agreement, and on if it is a critical problem or not.
The Service Level Agreements (SLA) are always linked to a project or a contract, but the base is 8×5, best-effort, next business day.
